I am Steve Vasilion and I am a candidate for 5th Ward Alderman in Batavia. As a resident of Batavia for more than 16 years, I believe city officials should work with business owners and residents to develop a better Batavia.
I believe we can work together to develop a vibrant city that promotes commerce and attracts visitors to downtown Batavia. I imagine a central business district that offers a variety of private enterprises and features an active arts community. With diligence, transparency and a cooperative spirit, I believe local officials can help design a better Batavia.
